Shop Policies.

Processing Time

Fine Art Prints:

8x10 print ship within 2 business days (exceptions may apply on rare occasions)
larger prints ship within 7-8 business days and are rolled and shipped in a mailing tube

Custom Paintings: The time I need to prepare your custom order varies based on current project queue. Please contact me for an estimate. I will do my best to meet a requested deadline. Processing time begins when full payment is received.

Shipping & Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at check out. Fine art prints are packaged in a clear archival bag and shipped in a rigid envelope. Custom orders are packaged in a clear archival bag and shipped in a rigid envelope via USPS Priority or UPS shipping with Insurance included. Larger prints (greater than 11x14) are rolled and shipped in a mailing tube. See shipping upgrades available when checking out.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Cancellations

Fine Art Prints: I truly strive for excellence with every order. However, if you aren’t 100% satisfied, I will gladly issue a full refund with 3 business days after the item has been returned. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Custom Paintings: Due to the highly custom aspect of commissioned orders, I cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. You may request to see photos of the painting process at any point to confirm details. I send a final photo proof upon completion and happily make minor edits as requested. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Artist Terri Crockett retains all copyrights/rights for reproduction and commercial use of any and all artwork created featuring your architectural subject. The purchaser owns the physical original artwork, but the artist retains copyrights/reproduction rights to the image itself.
